Suzanne Quillen, RN, CNP, MPA – Chief Executive Officer
Suzanne is a master’s-prepared registered nurse as well as a Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 26 years of experience in health-care management. She also holds a master’s degree in Public Administration. Her background includes experience in both private and public healthcare sectors. Throughout her career, she has served in several leadership positions including Chief Nursing Officer, Marketing & Business Development, and Chief Operating Officer. Suzanne is an active member in the Las Cruces community where she has resided for more than 15 years.

Tom Ismond, RN – Director of Nursing Operations
Tom is a Registered Nurse with a primary background in critical care. He has extensive management experience having held positions in healthcare, private business, and Department of Defense operations. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New Mexico State University, and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau honor society. A Las Cruces native, Tom’s family is heavily invested in healthcare; wife Cristan is also an RN, two of his children are completing nursing degrees, and one is working towards a Physical Therapy degree. Tom and his family are dedicated to healthcare services in Las Cruces.

Laura Bridges, RN – Case Manager
Laura Bridges has 17 years of nursing experience with the past 10.5 years in Case Management. Her experience has been in the acute care setting, and has been focused on cardiac nursing. She has extensive supervisory experience, as well as a strong background as a mentor and preceptor for New Mexico State University and for the New Mexico State Board of Nursing Re-Entry Program. Laura helped develop the Young at Heart community outreach education program through Mountain View Regional Medical Center. She has been registered with Who’s Who in America’s Executives and Professionals since 2004. She has a passionate love of nursing and has high expectations of herself and the nurses she works with.

Roy Rivas, RRT - Director of Clinical Services
He has been a Registered Respiratory Therapist for 13 years with practice focused in Critical Care Areas, Rehabilitation, Pulmonary Function Testing, Bronchoscopes, and Clinical Educator. Roy has been an instructor for a Respiratory Care program in the classroom and clinical setting and a member of the Advisory Board for a local community college. He has also managed DME/Respiratory companies and a blood gas laboratory. Roy was the first Respiratory Therapist employed by Ernest Health Inc. and set up our first rehabilitation hospital’s respiratory program. He is a native of Las Cruces and brings a unique expertise to the care of our patients and their out-comes by totally embracing our Guiding Principles.

Phillip J. Leon - Director of Marketing and Business Development
Mr. Leon has 12 years of sales and marketing experience in the health care industry. He has worked primarily in the pharmaceutical industry for such companies as Alza, Parke-Davis, Pfizer, and Johnson and Johnson. Mr. Leon was responsible for product launches, developing territories, and training new hires. He received a Bachelors Degree from The Wichita State University in Wichita, KS.
